Mai-Britt Poulsen is Boston Consulting Group’s global chief of staff. She is a member of the firm's Executive and Operating Committees and is responsible for their organization and facilitation. Mai-Britt is also responsible for BCG's biannual global partner meetings and holds a number of other leadership roles at BCG, and sits on multiple change initiatives and committees. 

In her previous leadership role, Mai-Britt was the managing partner leading BCG in Denmark since April 2015 and a core member and client service Partner of the Consumer and Strategy practices. 

Over her career, Mai-Britt has served clients from the firm's offices in the Nordic countries and from the Chicago office. She specializes in retail and consumer goods and has significant experience in large-scale transformation programs which aim to fundamentally change the performance trajectory of a company by addressing multiple levers. Mai-Britt also has significant experience in corporate strategy, M&A, and due diligence work; pricing (particularly in B2C and B2B scenarios); go-to-market strategies; and organizational topics such as organizational structure, leadership, and enablement. 

Before joining BCG, Mai-Britt worked with Nordea Corporate Finance.
