Teemu Ruska is a managing director and senior partner and the office leader of the Helsinki office. He also leads BCG's M&A and post-merger integration work in Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
Since joining BCG 2001, Teemu has acquired deep knowledge and experience advising clients across a number of industries, especially energy, other process industries, industrial goods, and private equity. Teemu’s operational focus is on business transformation programs, M&A, and large-capital projects.
Before joining BCG, Teemu worked for the Finnish utility Fortum.
