Alexandre Aractingi is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Financial Institutions, Telecommunications, Media & Technology, and Technology Advantage practices.

Since joining BCG in 2005, Alexandre has worked extensively with telecom operators and international banks on large-scale technology-transformation projects. Besides technology-related projects, he has also worked with financial institutions on commercial development, reorganization, and cost- optimization projects. He has helped a number of telecom players develop business and product plans for their business units, as well as optimize their product-development processes.

In addition, Alexandre has worked with energy utilities on issues related to fleet budgeting, and he has advised postal operators and water-treatment players on issues related to financial planning and strategy.

Prior to joining BCG, Alexandre was a network architect for Net-tone, where he designed and deployed IP telephony groupware solutions.
