Rogier de Boer is an expert in post-merger integration, working with retail, consumer goods, industrial goods, and principal investor and private equity clients across the US and Europe at Boston Consulting Group. 

Rogier works with both public and private equity owned companies on both cost- and revenue-driven deals. He covers all integration-related topics, including integration management office, synergy planning, operating model and organization design, communications and change, culture, TSAs (for carve outs), and day one readiness. In addition, he has extensive experience in pre-close assessment of synergy potential through clean teams, including for revenue synergies. He has global responsibility for BCG's PMI Playbook, which covers BCG's approach to all PMI topics. 

Before joining the firm, Rogier worked with Accenture as a Senior Manager in growth and innovation strategy.
