Ihab Khalil is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Financial Institutions and Corporate Development practices.

Since joining BCG in 2014, Ihab has worked primarily in the area of principal investments and private equity, with a particular focus on the areas of investment strategy formulation, asset allocation, portfolio review and restructuring, merger and acquisition support, and operating model design.

He has acquired extensive experience working with regional investment institutions, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and diversified financial institutions.

Over the course of his consulting career, Ihab has provided transactional decision support for a wide range clients, and he has partnered with a number of private-equity funds to perform industry landscaping, target screening, and due diligence, as well as develop value-creation strategies. He has also designed corporate strategies and operating models for diversified investment institutions, family offices, and wealth managers.

Prior to joining BCG, Ihab worked for Booz & Company.
