Stéphane Cairole leads Boston Consulting Group’s Marketing, Sales & Pricing Practice in Western Europe and South America.

Since joining BCG in 1999, Stéphane has focused his client experience on issues related to marketing and sales, strategy, branding, organization, and operations. He has worked in a wide range of industries, including cosmetics, food and beverage, retail, medtech, and pharmaceuticals.

Stéphane has helped numerous companies redesign their sales organizations, adjust their pricing models, develop and implement growth plans, optimize manufacturing and logistical processes, and assess new-market opportunities.

Before joining BCG, Stéphane worked for Safran in Hong Kong as a sourcing manager.
