Susumu Hattori joined Boston Consulting Group in September 2004. In addition to his time in Tokyo, he worked for one year (2008) in BCG's Paris office. Susumu co-leads BCG’s Industrial Goods practice in Japan. He is also a core member of the firm's Technology, Media & Telecom, and Global Advantage practices. He is an expert in all aspects of pricing.
Susumu has worked with many clients, mostly in the industrial goods and high-tech sectors, on corporate strategy, mid-term corporate planning, globalization, transformation, and pricing.
Prior to joining BCG, Susumu worked at Mitsui Fudosan, the largest real-estate company in Japan, focusing on the residential development and financial analysis fields.
