Jean Clavel is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Financial Institutions practice. He supports banks, payment specialists, and leasing and consumer credit players in their strategic and technological transformations. He is particularly involved in projects related to growth acceleration, operational optimization, post-merger integration, and large-scale AI deployment. Since April 2025, he has overseen global talent management for the firm.
Prior to joining BCG in 2010, Jean was an M&A associate within Rothschild's financial institutions team in Paris, advising clients on buy-side, sell-side, and joint venture creation deals.
