Carla Spoerle is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Health Care practice.
Since joining BCG in 2010, she has led engagements with many global, mid-sized, family, and PE-owned medtech, biopharma, drug delivery device, and life science companies.
In medtech, Carla has experience working with devices, consumables, and equipment. In biopharma, she has worked for clients in primary care and specialty care. In the drug delivery devices industry, she has particular experience in the injection device space, as well as inhalation.
Carla works alongside her clients on a range of commercial excellence topics, including next-generation sales, digital marketing, key account management, and pricing. She is also involved in growth strategy and value creation projects, as well as large-scale transformations. She has led a number of efforts to strategically strengthen and remediate risk and compliance matters for her clients.
Carla co-leads BCG’s WomenPowerment network in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, and is a board member of business@school a BCG initiative.
