David Sandberg has extensive experience in consumer goods and retail at Boston Consulting Group. He is a core member of BCG’s TURN team focusing on large scale business transformations.

David maintains a strong focus on the consumer goods and retail sectors and has experience along the entire food value chain. He has led transformations for international retailers and FMCG companies covering short-term cost and revenue workstreams, procurement/COGS, pricing and promotions, and organization.

Among his many client projects, David has worked on deploying advanced analytics and AI, particularly in promotion optimization. David has also supported clients with digital strategies and e-commerce strategies. He has led several commercial due diligences in consumer goods and retail as well.
