Elliot Vaughn is a core member of the Health Care, Operations, and People & Organization practices at Boston Consulting Group.

Since joining BCG in 2005, Elliot has concentrated his client work in health care with a particular focus on organization transformation and manufacturing and supply chain. Elliot also serves as people chair for BCG in Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Africa.

Elliot has also served as global leader of BCG’s LGBTQ+ network, Pride@BCG. Outside of BCG he is the founder and chair of GiveOut, a charity that raises funds for global LGBTQ+ advocacy, and also co-chairs the board of Outright International.

Elliot has been recognized for his work within BCG and beyond. He has been featured for a number of years on the OUTstanding 100 LGBT+ Executives list and honoured with an MBE in HM King Charles III first Birthday Honours list in 2023 for his exceptional work in advancing LGBTQ+ rights.

Prior to joining BCG, Elliot worked for five years as a public affairs consultant serving clients across a range of industries.
