Patrick Hadlock is the regional practice leader for the Consumer practice at Boston Consulting Group. He is an active member of the firm’s Consumer and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices and its public-sector areas. Patrick joined Boston Consulting Group in 2000.

At BCG Patrick has guided large consumer companies such as retailers, restaurants, hotels, and airlines grow through commercial transformation. He has helped companies understand how commercial and technology trends will reshape their industries—and to think about which capabilities to bet on. He has designed new operating models and organizations that will take advantage of the emerging digital age.

Patrick has also helped governments transform through adoption of best practices in the private sector as well the latest technology capabilities.

Patrick is a much-quoted expert in the field of consumer packaged goods. He was a featured speaker at the 2014 GMA Leadership Forum. Before joining BCG, Patrick worked at GE Capital in New York.
