Sandro Marzo currently serves as Boston Consulting Group's lead for the Northern Latin America region (Colombia, Peru, Central America, and the Caribbean). He is a core member of BCG’s Financial Institutions and Consumer Goods practices.
Sandro joined BCG in Frankfurt in 2004. He subsequently moved to the firm’s Washington, DC office in 2010 and to the Bogotá, Colombia office in 2013. His recent work has been on unlocking growth and driving transformation for leading companies in Latin America, with a focus on strategy definition, marketing, sales, pricing, organization, and efficiency topics.
Sandro speaks six languages, including fluent English, Spanish, and German.
Before joining the firm, Sandro was a sales representative at German LBBW Bank in its Brazilian corporate banking operations, as well as a consultant at International Finance Corporation in Washington, DC, contributing to the institution's Access to Finance Advisory work.
