Zun-Gon Kim is a core member of the Health Care and Corporate Development practices at Boston Consulting Group. He is also a member of BCG’s Health Care Practice Scientist Network (HCPA).

He brings more than 15 years of experience working as a physician and strategy consultant in the private and public sector to our clients.

In this context, he has led many high-profile transformation and performance-improvement programs in the hospital space.

Since joining BCG’s Munich office in 2015, Kim has worked with various clients, including academic medical centers, to and municipal, charity-based, and private hospitals. He has also served medical devices companies and private equity firms, as well as the public sector.

His work has focused primarily on growth strategies, organizational development, performance improvement, operational efficiency, transformation programs, M&A, and postmerger integration.

Prior to joining BCG, he was a partner at Roland Berger and led the health care practice in DACH.
