Sabine Döschl joined Boston Consulting Group in 2007. She is a core member of the Technology Advantage practice and operational leader of BCG's World Class Technology Function offering. 

Sabine’s project work focuses on IT simplification and efficiency improvement, IT cost and performance benchmarking, and assessing and improving the future-readiness and digital capabilities of the IT/tech function across industries. She has also worked with clients on IT sourcing, IT strategy, and IT post-merger integration, as well as technology cost transparency. 

Sabine has worked with clients across the globe in industries including banking, rail, mining, and IT and data service. 

Before joining the firm, Sabine worked for Siemens, o2, Fujitsu Technology Solutions, and KPMG Advisory.
