Suresh Subudhi leads Boston Consulting Group's global work in infrastructure. He is a core member of BCG’s Industrial Goods, Public Sector, and Operations practices. Suresh has worked with clients in the cement, infrastructure, and steel industries on a variety of topics including strategy, procurement, manufacturing, sales and marketing, and organization transformation. Suresh also co-leads BCG’s Center for Mobility Innovation, a team of urban mobility experts and digital business builders.

In India, Suresh concentrates on the infrastructure, cement, and steel sectors and covers issues such as operations excellence, large project management, market entry and growth strategy, organization development, regulations, and M&A.

Suresh has worked in North America, Europe, and Asia. Before joining BCG, he held positions with Accenture, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Trilogy.
