Gözde Yalazı Özbek is a core member of the Global Advantage; Industrial Goods; and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices at Boston Consulting Group. She is the lead for joint ventures and alliances within the Global Advantage practice globally, and is part of Global Advantage leadership team, Industrial Goods CEMA leadership team, and the materials and process industries global leadership team.

Gözde initially joined the Frankfurt office of BCG in 2008 and transferred to the Istanbul office in 2012.

Within industrial goods, Gözde has led many projects in Europe and Turkey in industries including metals, construction materials, logistics, and machinery. In addition to her industrial goods expertise, Gözde has also focused on joint ventures and alliances where she has supported the build up of multiple JVs. In addition Gözde has deep expertise in, corporate strategy, transformation, organizational excellence, turnaround, and go-to-market excellence.
