Satoshi Komiya joined Boston Consulting Group in 1996. He leads the firm’s automobile sector in Industrial Goods practice in Asia Pacific and is a core member of the Operations practice. He has expertise in Japanese and non-Japanese companies as well as privately owned companies.

Since joining BCG, Satoshi has worked closely with clients in a variety of industries including industrial goods, and automotive and auto parts. His recent experience covers formulating and implementing business and globalization strategy, transformation, operational reform, cost reduction, profitability improvement, and salesforce reform.

Satoshi joined BCG after holding positions in international procurement at Philips Japan and as the European marketing manager for LaserTech.
