Members of Fairygodboss, the women's job-review site, ranked BCG number one when asked about job satisfaction, whether women and men are treated equally, and whether they would recommend the firm to a friend.
BCG has won the “All Star” award from the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) for the second year in a row, notching perfect scores in six of IAOP’s nine judging categories in its 2017 Global Outsourcing 100 program.
For the third consecutive year, Consulting magazine honored BCG with the publication's Excellence in Social & Community Investment Award. The award recognizes consultancies for outstanding client service on a pro bono, discounted, or volunteer basis at the local or global level. The 2016 award heralded BCG's work helping the Dallas Independent School District with its early childhood strategy. Previous awards recognized BCG’s work with the UN Mission for Emergency Ebola Response and with Save the Children International.
Networking, recruiting, and market research company Ivy Exec ranked BCG number one on its list of the best large consulting companies to work for. The rankings are based on employee feedback about work, culture, compensation, leadership, and prestige. This was the second year in a row BCG landed the top spot.
Universum, an employer branding company, has ranked BCG number 10 on its list of Europe’s Most Attractive Employers for business students in both 2017 and 2018. The ranking reflects a survey of more than 190,000 students at top academic institutions in 12 countries in Europe; the students were asked to choose their ideal companies to work for.
The careers website Vault.com has ranked BCG the number two consulting firm among potential employees for 2017. BCG has ranked in the top three since Vault began the survey in 2011. Vault's survey of consultants looked at factors such as firm prestige, employee satisfaction, firm culture, compensation, and work-life balance. BCG ranked number two overall in the areas of prestige, benefits, and compensation.
Since the inception of Consulting magazine's Top 25 Consultants list in 2000 to recognize the most influential leaders in the industry, no fewer than 20 BCG partners have been honored. Many of our people have also been celebrated with the publication's prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award and other accolades. These are some of our award winners.
Savoy Magazine has recognized Adrian Mitchell as one of the "Most Influential Black Executives in Corporate America” for 2020. Adrian, a Managing Director & Partner in the Chicago office, is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Digital BCG and Consumer practice area.
The Software Report has named Karalee Close as one of its “Top 25 Women Leaders in Tech Services and Consulting” for 2019. Karalee is the global leader of Boston Consulting Group's Technology Advantage practice, a core member of DigitalBCG’s Global Senior Management team, and an active sponsor of the firm’s Women@BCG and Women in Technology initiatives.
Consultant Magazine has named Marin Gjaja one of its “Top 25 Consultants” for 2019 for his excellence in leadership. Marin, a Senior Partner in the Chicago office and lead of BCG’s offices in the US and Great Lakes region, has worked in every one of the firm’s functional practice areas; however, he has worked primarily with companies in the consumer goods and health care industries. Marin also serves as the Chair of BCG's Center for Illinois' Future, the team in Chicago focused on local social impact and public sector work supporting education, violence reduction, economic development, and struggling neighborhoods.
Debbie Simpson was honored with Consulting Magazine's Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2018 Women Leaders in Consulting Gala Awards Dinner. Debbie is BCG's Chief Financial Officer and a member of the firm's Executive Committee, Operating Committee, and other core management teams. Her vision and ambition have helped transform BCG and encourage BCGers around the world.

Consultant Magazine has named Paul Gordon one of its “Top 25 Consultants” for 2018 for his excellence in leadership. Paul, a Senior Partner in the Chicago office and head of the NAMR Partner People Team, focuses on working with industrial goods and med tech clients on issues of business integration, manufacturing, and supplier management.
In his over 30 years at BCG, Paul has streamlined the firm’s partner promotion, development, and evaluation processes; and served as a mentor to many.
