Nicholas Glenning joined Boston Consulting Group in 1991. Among his leadership roles are leading the firm's Corporate Development practice in the Asia-Pacific region. As part of this role, he provides private-equity advice and support.

Nicholas is also a senior member of BCG’s Financial Institutions practice. His major projects have been in the fields of transaction support, transformation, and strategy and growth. He has helped clients in the financial services, consumer, and logistics industries.

Nicholas has worked in BCG’s Boston and Melbourne offices. He believes that leadership matters, both in human capital and in the market, and that surprisingly few companies perform well in both areas.

Before joining BCG, Nicholas worked at ExxonMobil as a project manager.
