Jean-Baptiste Bearez leads Boston Consulting Group's Technology, Media, & Telecommunications (TMT) practice in Paris. His core clients include leading telecommunications, technology, gaming and IT services companies. He is also is a core member of the firm's Marketing, Sales & Pricing, Strategy, and Technology Advantage practices. He is a global BCG expert on customer experience in TMT and beyond.
Since joining BCG in 2010, Jean-Baptiste has worked extensively with companies across the TMT space on growth strategies and customer experience. He has helped numerous clients conduct IT, data/AI, and digital/agile transformations.
Jean-Baptiste’s landmark experience has included leading a customer-oriented digital transformation for a large telecom company in France, designing and implementing numerous digital and IT transformations, launching new digital businesses, conducting several adjacent growth opportunity assessments for tech companies, and leading a cutting-edge, AI-based personalization and recommendation program.
