Kaye Foster is a senior advisor and executive coach at Boston Consulting Group, as well as a core member of the Health Care and People & Organization practices. As a growth leader and business developer, Kaye has extensive experience working with CEO's and other C-Suite executives in coaching, succession management, and leadership development. Kaye joined BCG in 2014, with a strong health care background, and experience as a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Within health care, specifically biotech and pharmaceuticals, she has led a variety of business transformations focused on growth and value creation, both domestically and globally.
Kaye is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of Stanford Health Care, the Board of Directors of Valley Care, the Board of Directors of Agios Pharmaceuticals, the Board of Directors of Resilience, the Board of Directors of Prime Medicines, Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Glide Foundation, and a trustee of the Board of Spelman College. She recently joined Arch Ventures as a Venture Partner.
Kaye has extensive global experience in C-level human resources leadership roles in Fortune 50 pharmaceuticals and innovative biotech companies including Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer Inc., and Onyx Inc. She serves as a guest lecturer at Columbia Graduate School of Business and Stanford University, Graduate School of Business, and as a speaker at the Milken Institute Global Conference.
