Lin An joined Boston Consulting Group in 2011. She has worked at the firm’s Beijing and New Jersey offices in addition to Tokyo. She is a core member of the BCG’s Consumer; Transform; Marketing, Sales, & Pricing; and Global Advantage practices.

Lin has extensive experience assisting clients in consumer goods, retail, fashion and luxury, internet services, and technology in Japan, China, and the US. Her expertise includes corporate strategy, investment strategy, digital transformation, business turnaround, market entry, digital marketing and sales, business portfolio, organization revitalization, business model innovation, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining BCG, Lin worked at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.
