Sharon Zicherman has been with Boston Consulting Group since 2011, and is a core member of the Industrial Goods and Financial Institutions practices, as well as being active in in data and analytics. Sharon leads large-scale transformations for leading multinational and Israeli companies covering strategy articulation, identification of value levers, roadmap development, and implementation support.

In select recent casework, Sharon defined the new strategy and network for a global logistics provider; designed, detailed, and implemented the rollout of an operational transformation for an Israeli retail bank, and defined strategies and related operating models for various companies across industries (including pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, energy, and transportation) in different stages of their life cycles.

Before joining the firm, Sharon practiced law as an Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, was a Foreign Clerk at the Supreme Court of Israel, and was a Research Associate at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He also worked in finance as a Senior Investment Analyst at ING Clarion Capital.
