Andrew Arcuri leads Boston Consulting Group’s Technology & Digital Advantage (TDA) practice and BCG Platinion across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). He is also Asia Pacific lead for enterprise resource planning and core systems transformation, and serves as Chair of BCG’s Functional practices in ANZ.

With nearly 20 years at BCG, Andrew has helped shape and deliver many of the region’s most ambitious technology, digital, and AI-enabled transformations. His work spans ERP and core system modernization, technology strategy, digital operating model redesign, and large-scale transformation delivery—across a wide range of industries including financial services, energy, health care, industrial goods, telecommunications, public sector, and mining.

Andrew regularly advises clients on improving the delivery performance of major technology- and AI-enabled transformation programs. He brings together the components of BCG’s Bionic Company framework, which blends technology capability, human ingenuity, and data and AI-powered insight to create organizations that are not only digitally advanced, but also highly adaptive and customer-centric. His focus is on helping CIOs, technology executives, and business leaders design and lead tech-enabled change that is faster, more resilient, and built to scale.

Before joining BCG in 2007, Andrew was Managing Director of EDU Technology Solutions, a managed IT services and ecommerce provider in the education sector.
