Clint Follette is a member of Boston Consulting Group’s Energy practice and has advised major oil, gas, and petrochemical companies on various strategy, operations, and organizational topics. Clint is a driving force at the forefront of BCG’s efforts with climate, oil, gas, and petrochemical clients, including strategies for navigating the energy transition, climate-proofing operations, and preparing their operating models for a low carbon transition.

At BCG, Clint has acquired experience in a variety of industries, with emphasis on energy sectors, including upstream and downstream oil and gas, as well as petrochemicals. He has worked with oil majors, national oil companies, independent refiners, midstream companies, and other energy industry players around the world.

Prior to joining BCG, Clint spent three years at ExxonMobil Chemical in Baton Rouge, LA, as a research engineer.
