Georg Beyer is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods practice, which he led from 2014 to 2019 for the Central Europe, Middle East, and Africa (CEMA) region, as well as the Health Care and People & Organization. He is also a member of the firm's Transform practice, which helps clients shape and accelerate transformation programs to deliver rapid, visible performance improvements in the short term while strengthening their organizations and positioning them to win in the future.

Georg’s project work at BCG has included strategy definition, designing a new operation model, cost reduction and turnaround programs, lean R&D, product standardization, and product portfolio review across industries as diverse as industrial machinery, medtech equipment, building technology, and rail transportation. Before joining the firm in 2007, Georg was senior manager leading technology innovation and management at Arthur D. Little.
