Mukund Rajagopalan leads Boston Consulting Group’s Leadership and Talent Enablement Center in Asia Pacific. He is a core member of the People & Organization practice and has worked with CEOs and leadership teams in global and regional corporations across Asia Pacific including companies in Australia, China, Korea, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, the Middle East, and India. He has also worked extensively in the US and UK.

He has worked on virtually all aspects of organization and human resources, including strategic manpower planning, recruiting, performance management systems, talent management, leadership development, training, organization design, HR effectiveness, and HR IT. In addition to people and leadership topics, Mukund has practical experience in strategy, organization, operations, and technology topics in multiple industries, and has led transformation efforts.

Mukund is an executive coach and has worked with senior leaders across Asia Pacific. He is also a mindfulness and meditation practitioner.

Mukund was an architect prior to earning his MBA, and worked on a World Bank project where he focused on the design and construction of rural primary schools across the length and breadth of India. He wrote a book about it which redefined the design and construction of over 20,000 rural schools nationwide.
