Stephen Robnett leads Boston Consulting Group's Amazon and AWS partnerships focusing on GenAI scaling. In addition, he is the firm's global lead for ecommerce and channel excellence, including omnichannel, e-retail, and direct to consumer. He previously served as BCG's North America lead for customer experience for five years.

Stephen has led some of BCG's largest digital implementation and execution efforts. He has worked extensively in the technology space, with a primary focus on IT services companies (product and digital engineering, cloud specialists, managed service providers, and value added resellers). He has also worked with software and internet infrastructure companies, hardware and consumer technology companies, and media companies, including film, gaming, and entertainment players.

As part of his role as the head of BCG's Amazon and AWS partnerships, Stephen helps clients across all industries scale and accelerate their GenAI capabilities, by leveraging the latest technologies and LLMs across their full stack, integrating them into their product roadmaps and digital experiences. As part of his role as BCG's global lead for ecommerce and channel excellence, he helps companies across sectors think through and execute on their end-to-end ecommerce and omnichannel digital experiences, with a specific focus on consumer goods, consumer technology, and travel and tourism.

Stephen has also worked extensively with private equity and investor clients, and has executed over 100 due diligence/market studies across his core topic areas. Prior to joining BCG, Stephen held roles in software engineering, field sales and marketing, and startup operations.
