Susan Schriver is a core member of the Health Care, People & Organization, and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices at Boston Consulting Group. She is an expert in post-merger integration, transformation, and organization design and delayering. Susan has considerable experience in consumer and marketing and sales topics, most notably marketing strategy, branding, and consumer insight.

Susan leads BCG's commercial biopharma work globally. She works with biopharma companies on commercial and corporate strategy issues. Examples of her recent client work include launch strategy for a psychiatry asset, and working with an aesthetic medicine business to create a digital business platform to drive consumer acquisition and retention. Susan has also led several post-merger integrations over the last five years, including multiple $60 billion+ deals.

Prior to joining the firm, Susan worked for Merck & Co., Inc., in various technical and operations roles, including first-line manufacturing supervisor. She also worked for McKesson Corporation in San Francisco in retail marketing.
