Tim Kuhrcke joined BrightHouse, a Boston Consulting Group company, in Berlin shortly after its opening in 2018. BrightHouse is a global creative consultancy that pioneered the practice of helping organizations uncover their timeless purpose to grow their people, profits, and social impact. Tim is currently head of the BCG Berlin office.

At BrightHouse, Tim works with major European corporations from the insurance, energy, industrial goods, automotive, technology, and consumer goods industries to help them define their path to purpose and an inspired organization. Before joining the BrightHouse team, Tim was strategic design director for BCG Digital Ventures. Before that, he was Director of Innovation Strategy and Member of the Management Board at STURM und DRANG and before that, he was Vice President Strategic Innovation at Viacom in New York, where he led innovation in linear content and digital products.

Tim previously worked at BCG as a senior consultant from 2007 to 2010. He began his career by founding a consulting firm to help local media redefine their role in a Google world.
