Joerg Hildebrandt leads Boston Consulting Group’s operations in the Middle East and is a member of the firm’s European management team. Joerg focuses on clients in the public sector, as well as in technology, media, and telecommunications. He has advised senior leaders and board members of world-class organizations in the Middle East and globally on strategic transformations to deliver future success.
In his client engagements, Joerg seeks to unlock the full potential of large corporations and public sector institutions. He has deep expertise in large-scale transformations, strategy, operating models, digitization, marketing, organizational design, corporate governance, and change management. In addition to Joerg's commitment to his BCG clients, he has supported nonprofit organizations and NGOs in their strategy development and execution.
Joerg is a co-author of the book Value-Based Performance Management, which explores how to increase shareholder value through the use of a strategic KPI system. Before joining BCG, Joerg was the managing partner of Oliver Wyman in the Middle East.
