Sushmita Banerjee is the global leader of Boston Consulting Group’s strategy business and holds leadership roles in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications and Consumer practices.

From an industry perspective, she primarily focuses on clients in technology media, telecommunications and consumer industries. Within TMT, she focuses largely on the B2B space and works extensively with information service and technology companies – both legacy, including those in the regulated space (credit bureaus, rating agencies, GRC), and technology companies. Within the consumer space, she focuses primarily on grocery retail.

Sushmita is also a core member of BCG's Social Impact Practice, partnering with several clients to advance their goals in a sustainable manner. She is passionate about the arts and is deeply involved with New York’s Metropolitan Museum, participating in the Finance and Revenue committees of their Board of Trustees as an advisory member.
