Julia Beermann is a solution lead for BCG X, the firm's tech build and design business unit. Julia is a software business professional with extensive work experience in transformation management, organization design, and change management. In her role, she spearheads the deployment of KEY by BCG for her clients, ensuring that transformation programs are set up for success. In addition, she is a leader in the sales and marketing team for KEY by BCG.

In addition to KEY by BCG, Julia is one of BCG's leading experts on other proprietary tools including, SWP, ABO, and ESF Benchmarking. She is a former member of, and current expert for, the People & Organization and Operations practices at BCG.

Before joining the firm, Julia was a change management consultant at Infosys Consulting and a consultant at Kienbaum.
