Teemu Ruska leads Boston Consulting Group's M&A, carve-out and post-merger integration business in EMESA (Europe, Middle East, South America, and Africa). Teemu previously led BCG in Finland and has led BCG’s work in operations transformation globally.
Since joining BCG 2001, Teemu has acquired deep knowledge and experience advising clients across a number of industries, especially energy, process industry, construction, machinery, and private equity. Teemu’s work focuses on transformation programs, M&A/PMI, and large-capital projects.
Before joining BCG, Teemu worked for the Finnish utility Fortum.
