Yann Letourneux is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Operations, Financial Institutions, and Technology Advantage practices, and he is a member of BCG’s lean experts network.
Yann is a worldwide expert in lean services. He is focused on operational excellence, enablement, customer journeys, and lean digital.
Since joining BCG in 2007, Yann led numerous large-scale transformations worldwide using BCG’s lan approach in a variety of functional areas and in multiple industrial sectors such as banking, telecommunications, technology, energy, and the public sector.
Prior to joining BCG, Yann had 12 years of professional experience in senior management positions. When he left General Electric Capital Solutions, he served as board member, head of the lean six sigma team, and head of integration for France. He also worked for Alstom and Schneider Electric as a project manager for large-scale projects in Asia and the Middle East.
Yann is an integral part of BCG’s Operations Center in Paris, one of ten global operations centers that serve as hubs for comprehensive operations support and offer tailored, fully integrated solutions to optimize operations for long-term success.
