Patrick Weber is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Corporate Finance & Strategy practice and the firm's Center for CFO Excellence. His current focus is on finance function transformation and financial steering and planning. Patrick has additional experience in finance process design, and finance IT strategy. He has worked with clients in industries including health care, consumer, energy, telecom, industrial goods, professional services, and infrastructure and cities.
Before joining BCG, Patrick worked four years with the finance specialty consulting firm, Horváth, in Munich.
