Dan Bodley is a core member of the Consumer practice area at Boston Consulting Group. He serves as the learning and development partner for the Canadian system. Dan’s work is focused on the intersection of technology and food across the grocery, food manufacturing, and food distribution industries.

Dan leads projects with Fortune 1000 clients, working on digital/ecommerce strategy, new business development, growth strategy, and market assessment. Dan has worked across North America, Europe, and Asia, including a one-and-a-half-year placement in BCG’s Tokyo office.

In his recent client work, Dan developed an international growth strategy for a consumer packaged goods (CPG) company identifying $100 million in new revenue streams, including new product launches and new market entries. He has also developed an end-to-end ecommerce business and operating model for a retailer, including partner identification, negotiations, customer value proposition development, and operating model design.
