Phil Jones joined The Boston Consulting Group in March 2018. He is a core member of BCG TURN which helps clients deliver rapid, visible performance improvements in the short term, while strengthening their organizations and positioning them to win in the future. 

Phil worked in operations and plant management roles before moving to advisory roles, concentrating on both operations performance transformation and turnaround. He is experienced in rationalization, organizational redesign, manufacturing performance transformation, field service optimization, maintenance optimization, footprint optimization, and cost reduction. 

Phil has worked in a wide range of industries and sectors including industrial and consumer goods, and in large corporates, as well as private equity portfolio organizations. Before joining the firm, he was a director at AlixPartners.
