Adam Chang joined Boston Consulting Group in 2015. He is a core member of the firm’s Consumer, Industrial Goods, and Principal Investors & Private Equity practices. Adam has worked on many engagements in globalization, go-to-market and distribution strategies, supply chain management, business turnaround, and M&A. In addition to Japan, he has spent years working for BCG in the Greater China region and has deep knowledge of and business relationship in China and Asia Pacific.

Prior to joining BCG, Adam was a Strategic Planner at DBS Bank focusing on M&A and Greater China Strategy, and was in corporate relationship management at Citibank.
