Adam Grzyb is a core member of the Financial Institutions practice at Boston Consulting Group. He has over ten years of experience in banking and consulting. His relevant project experience includes a Digital Revolution program for one of the largest banks in Poland. Adam has extensive knowledge of post-merger integration projects (migration and post-merger integration of Polish banks, including preparation for integration of IT systems, migration strategy of banking products, branch network transformation, and communication to clients).

Prior to joining BCG, Adam worked at Getin Noble Bank, where he was responsible for managing the product offerings of alternative sales channels (online, mobile, call center), managing the personal accounts offer of all bank segments, developing electronic banking, and designing a new financial brand dedicated to a group of young clients.
