Adam Nicoletti is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Health Care and Public Sector practices, with a focus on advising Medicaid and health and human services state agencies on strategy and organizational topics.
Within Medicaid, Adam has supported various projects focused on strategic planning, managed care (procurement, design, and oversight), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), rule compliance, and program implementation throughout his career at BCG. He partners with top state leaders across the country to help states better serve their constituents.
Prior to joining BCG, Adam worked at the US Treasury and at J.P. Morgan in investment banking.
