Adham Abouzied leads BCG X, Boston Consulting Group's tech build and design unit, in Egypt. He focuses on digital and AI while working with leaders as they transform, digitize, and grow. Adham works with clients in financial institutions, energy, and the public sector, driving reform, strengthening national champions, and enabling global investors across Egypt, Africa, and the Middle East.
Adham began his BCG journey in 2009 and has been part of the pioneering team building BCG’s tech capabilities in Africa. He has led technology, digital, and AI focused work in Africa, Europe, the US, and the Middle East; and has extensive experience supporting organizations in large-scale transformations across a wide set of industries.
