Adham Koura is a leading member of Boston Consulting Group's Financial Institutions and Transform practices. Since joining BCG in 2009, Adham has focused on serving payments (acquirers, processors, ISOs, ISVs, and issuers) and fintech (vertical SaaS, lenders, and embedded) players.

As part of the Transform practice, Adham works closely with management teams to drive value through day-to-day execution of both revenue enhancement and cost optimization initiatives.
 
Adham’s work has included more than ten major transformations. Select examples include pricing design and execution in merchant acquiring and processing; authorization rate optimization in gateway, processor, and sponsor bank setup; value-added services (VAS) implementation in merchant acquiring; sales acceleration across direct and ISO channels; and renegotiation of direct and indirect vendor agreements, and post-merger integrations at several fintechs.
