Adham Koura is a core member of the Financial Institutions practice at Boston Consulting Group. He joined BCG’s Dubai office in 2009, leaving to complete his MBA at Harvard Business School in 2012, and returning to BCG—in the New York office—in 2014. Adham partners with our financial services clients on large-scale transformations while ensuring execution at the operational level. 

Select experience includes: 

  • Led a post-merger integration and transformation for one of the largest fintechs in North America, executing on synergies of $1billion+
  • Designed and implemented commercial credit redesign for a top ten US bank, driving 15% reduction in labor cost 30%+ improvement in cycle time
  • Designed and rolled out analytics-based omni-channel strategy (up-sell, cross-sell, and collections) for several top ten US banks
  • Developed successful bank bid for a co-brand credit card with major airline with over $100 billion in annual consumer spend
