Adrienne Bross is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Transportation, Cities, & Infrastructure, and People & Organization practices. She joined the firm in 2015. Adrienne has extensive experience supporting organizations across the private and public sectors on large scale change efforts, including strategic, financial, technology, and people changes. She specializes in E2E process redesign, activist program management, employee centric change management, and the role of data and analytics in driving and sustaining change.

Adrienne’s recent work has focused on North American infrastructure and logistics organizations. In partnership with these organizations, she has covered topics that include transformation management, technology modernization, and operating model design. She also spends time on the Future of Work in the public sector.
