Agnieszka Kulas is a member of the Marketing & Sales and Financial Institutions practices at Boston Consulting Group. She currently leads Women@BCG for Poland. Agnieszka works with clients in retail and corporate banking on topics including sales management and sales network efficiency. She also has expertise in change management and post-merger integrations. 

In her recent engagements with the firm, Agnieszka has developed a sales force effectiveness strategy to improve the sales and service operations for the retail banking business of a universal bank in Poland, conducted a sales force transformation program for the life insurance business of a European insurance group, and developed a comprehensive corporate banking transformation including sales force effectiveness, target operating model, and pricing for a universal bank in Poland.
