Ahmed Moharram is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Industrial Goods; Travel, Cities & Infrastructure; and Social Impact practices, and works at the intersection of these sectors on topics including strategy formulation, operating and governance model development, organization and large-scale transformation, digitization, and investment due diligence and execution.
His clients are primarily Middle East public and private sector organizations. Ahmed joined BCG in November 2022. His recent engagements include the development of the business plan for an industrial and logistics hub in a North African Country, development of the full marketing plans for the Middle East’s largest agri-food complex, and development of the portfolio growth strategy for a multi-billion dollar business in the off-highway vehicles business.
