Akira Morita is a core member of the Consumer and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices at The Boston Consulting Group.

Since joining BCG in 2012, Akira has advised clients across a range of industries, including fast-moving consumer goods, retail, and media. He has acquired deep experience in the food and beverage sector and in assisting Japanese companies with global expansion.

Examples of his recent project work include planning long-term global growth strategies, restructuring domestic businesses, designing a global organization and governance structure, and formulating an entry strategy for the Southeast Asia market.

Prior to joining BCG, he was a principal with A.T. Kearney.
