Alessandro Callioni is a core member of the Industrial Goods practice at Boston Consulting Group, with a specific focus on engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC), large capex program management, and the steel industry. He has considerable expertise in strategy, business planning, implementation, and change management.

In recent years, Alessandro has focused on helping clients deliver world-class performance in their projects, from strategy to operations and from turnaround to M&A.

Alessandro is a member of BCG’s Italy, Greece, Turkey, and Israel Career Development Committee, as well as the Recruiting and Training Team. Prior to joining BCG, Alessandro worked at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and at Ernst & Young.
