Alex Neubauer joined Boston Consulting Group in 2015. He is a core member of the firm's Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) practice area focusing on portfolio optimization, large transformations and due diligences.
Alex has led over 30 large transformation programs, value creation plans, exit full potential plans, growth initiatives, and strategy exercises for clients across industries including industrials, business services, health care, and energy, and with various functional angles, including growth, cost, turnaround, go-to-market, cash, and pricing.
In addition, he has led over 120 due diligences both on buy and sell side. Also, he is an expert for fund strategy projects for private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds, and scale-up/growth funds including several market studies, market entry, and competitor benchmarking analysis engagements.
